No. It’s not an automated process. It’s manual process. It requires identifying candidates, searching, contacting, interviewing, testing, and presenting potential candidates before sending them to the client.

Employers hire recruitment agencies to find job candidates faster than doing it themselves. Agency recruiters do this by gathering information about the open roles, goes on to identify qualified people in their network or contacts database, reaches out to them for openings, screening the candidates, and providing support to the employer during the selection of the new hire. Recruitment agencies are commonly confused with employment agencies.

Yes, we can. However, it depends on many factors if we can help you find a job. These things include such things as your location, are you willing to work from home or from an office, your skill level in whatever technology, and not the least, your soft skills, and finally, the need for the type of services you offer. We work only in the Bulgarian IT market and only offer positions locally.

They can, of course, charge the candidates. In some countries, they do charge candidates. We, however, don’t charge candidates anything. It’s free. We only charge client’s for the services of hiring.
